Took one call to decide Beth would be our realtor! She did extensive research to find us what we wanted. She walked us through the buying process step by step and was in constant communication with us regarding every detail. We were moving from out of state but worked with us and our family with virtual walkthrough's, videos and pictures. About Beth Autery
Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions any of us makes. Having a professional by your side - one who takes the time to get to know you, your needs and your goals; communicates throughout the process in a clear manner; and partners with you through each step - is key to an excellent experience. These are these skills and personal attention I bring to my clients every day. With an educational background in counseling, I employ both technology and person- to- person skills to communicate clearly and regularly with you and keep you “in the loop” while listening for your changing needs. I use those same skills to negotiate best outcomes for my clients- working with lenders, appraisers, contractors, and other agents to get to the closing table.
Experiencing 13(!) moves in my adult life-including cross-country and international ones- uniquely qualifies me to understand the challenges of relocation. I will not only walk you through the real estate transaction but will help connect you to the people and resources you need to accomplish your move. Attending college at the University of Richmond, graduate school at Regent University in Virginia Beach, and living for over 18 years in Williamsburg has given me experience with much of Hampton Roads.
